Wing Chun instructional video for beginners.Explaining all the concepts of wing chun and covering all the basic aspects of one of the greatest martial arts.In my opinion this is the best instructional video to begin learning wing chun.It's simple and understandable and if you are really interested in wing chun this is a must have.The only negative is that this file is a VHS rip and the quality isn't as good as a dvd quality,but still pretty decent.
