Mike Frost - Representative and one of the creators of Inayan Kadena de Mano, Escrima-based, introduces a system of protection against attacks with a knife, based on reflexes and reactions (hence the name of the disk). It is believed that this approach is as simple and quick to learn. System Inayan actively taught in police departments the U.S., Germany and some other countries it is in protecting the knife.
The film presents the basic principles of attack with a knife blocks and details are given protection. Attention should be given a detailed analysis of errors in the performance of traditional protection, so if you are confident in their technique - take a look and see whether this is so.
