Devastating knockout power and knife-like cutting movements make elbows by far the most effective of all Muay Thai techniques. A perfectly executed elbow can and does end a fight in any round.
In this video, a veteran instructor, Master K, will teach you the elbow techniques that have earned him the nickname "I Sawk Kwan" (Mr. Axe Elbow).
Master K will teach you how to use elbows for offensive and counterattack. You will learn how to combine elbow strikes with punches, knee strikes, push kicks, and round kicks. You will also see Master K demonstrate his spectacular "13-Elbow" combination in less than 6 seconds.
