The Grappling Game Plan is a book about Mental Skills Development for BJJ practitioners, Muay Thai fighters, Mixed Martial Artist, and anyone involved in combat sports. I purchased this book about 5 years ago when I was a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I recently picked it up again because I’m feeling like I hit a road block in my training. I feel like a cluster mess on the mat mentally and physically. Anyways, this book helped me out 5 years ago and now I need to reevaluate my training and think clearer.
