Master Lu's Super joints - Lift Up Series - Five Elements of Breathing (Qi Chi Kung Gong, Meditation, Yoga)

When I first watched this, it looked easy and a little bit lame compared to Five Elements of Breathing. That was my first impression. However, after doing it just the first time.... wow! It is much, much more difficult than it appears if you simply watch it. It gives you a great workout, and I also notice an increase in energy as well. I would recommend anyone try this at least once before dismissing it. Though I have only been doing it for a short time, so I cannot tell you the long-term benefits for my joints, I trust Master Lu, and this is really a great workout for those who enjoy yoga or chi kung.
