Wild Goose 1 Qigong is well known for its lovely and graceful movements, which are suggestive of the image of an innocent and carefree wild goose. Learning Wild Goose Qigong usually needs a gradual deepening process. It starts with the sheer joy of doing the delightful Wild Goose movements. As they become automatic, you feel your whole body is involved with the movements.
Finally, you gradually are aware of the body and mind integration. In order to learn a new set of Wild Goose Qigong, you probably need to review each of the previous learned sets several times. This is because the more you understand the inner functioning of your body, the more youll feel the flowing of qi. And the more you can feel the flowing of Qi inside your body, the more you like to practice the this and all the other Wild Goose Qigongs again and again. Rather than charming you with exotic locations and scenery, these videos make every effort to focus on teaching the movements, body control and background necessary to learn this beautiful form of Qigong. Dr. Hu does not wear a special costume or clothing and promotes the idea that Qigong can be practiced anytime, anyplace and in any clothes.

Also known as Dayan Qigong, these movements are a great addition to Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Acupressure and all martial arts practices. This video incorporates medical Qigong and acupressure. Dr. Hu is a medical Qigong master and therapist providing Qigong workshops worldwide.

Practicing Wild Goose Qigong can:
Improve blood circulation.
Develop breathing and movement coordination.
Increase body and mind flexibility.
Cultivate awareness of Qi in and around our bodies.

Wild Goose II offers one of the most important basic trainings in the Wild Goose system. As a perfect example of yin-yang balance, it trains us not only on how to disperse the dirty Qi, but also how to receive the fresh Qi. WG-2 can also develop our physical strength and agility.

Through the simple turning over of the palms, and the natural left and right turn of the body, this delightful Qigong trains our upper and lower body coordination and how to shift body weight in an effortless way. Contrary to Bagua steps for self-defense, walking the circle steps in Kunlun Bagua is meditative and self-fulfilling. Together with the coiling of the wrists, it balances the yin and yang aspects of our bodies and promotes self-healing. It opens up the Conception and Governing vessels, and nourishes our internal organs.

Tripod Spiral Qigong is one of those rare jewels which can be enjoyed by both Qigong beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Tripod Spiral Qigong is unique in providing a variety of training within one set of Qigong movements: ranging from postures, relaxation, stretching, the free flow of Qi, and finally achieving the microcosmic orbit. This is one of the easiest Wild Goose Qigong sets to learn and is often taught before Wild Goose Qigong 1 for beginners.

Practicing this Qigong will have multiple health benefits, which include:
Boosting ones immune system
Improving ones cognitive functions
Building up ones inner strength
Alleviating common aches and pains

Wild Goose 4 is a great first Qigong to learn as it is easier than Wild Goose Qigong 1 and 2 for many practitioners.

Soft Palms Qigong is well known for its lively and ever-flowing lines of movement. One trains coordination, relaxation, and agility in a most enjoyable way. All new 2007 edition, produced by Flying Geese Productions.

Practicing Soft Palms Qigong:
Induces Qi to circulate in the 12 meridians
Opens the heart chakra so that you feel happy and elated
Tonifies and strengthens your heart
Helps prevent and heal heart disease
Relieves anxiety and other negative emotions

The is an Advanced Qigong with quick movements. It is also short (2 minutes to complete the movements). Keep this in mind if you are used to slow Qigong. Nice for Kung Fu and karate practice if you like fast movement. Pilates, Tai Chi and Yoga practitioners like the variation in speed.

Wild Goose Qigong VI is also widely known as Patting Along the Meridians Qigong exercise. One pats 12 meridians in a specific order and direction, combined with walking in the Kunlun Bauqua circle. In this way practitioners are able to open their crown and Bubbling Spring acupoints, relax, detoxify and nourish their internal organs.

This lovely practice integrates moving Qigong with meditation and acupuncture or acupressure. Its simple movements and meditative tempo make it enjoyable for everyone to practice regardless of age or physical strength.

This medical Qigong (Chigong) is also well known for its curative power in preventing Qigong deviations.

If you are practicing Tai Chi (Taijiquan), Yoga, Pilates or any martial art, you should use this Qigong at the end of your practice. Just try it and feel the effect.

Wild Goose Qigong VII stretches the spine and opens the Governing Vessel. It uses the deceptively simple Chinese figure eight movement to relax the entire waist and hips (GB-30 acu-point).

Dr. Bingkun Hu is a medical Qigong master and Qigong therapist. He has been practicing Qigong for over 50 years and is a disciple of Grandmaster Yang, Mei-jun.

Together with the Bagua steps and the whole body dipping down movements, this Qigong opens up the crown and the bottom of our feet (K-1 acu-point). At the same time, it effectively trains body coordination, relaxation, and sensory-motor awareness.

Wild Goose VII is well know for its many health benefits:
Alleviating lower back pain and shoulder pain
Relieves stiff neck and knee problems
Trains body coordination increasing awareness

Great for increasing flexibility and learning to feel Chi moving in the hips and waist part of the body. Helps Upper and lower back, Yoga stretching practice, Tai Chi and Pilates practice as well!

Wild Goose 8 Qigong is a showcase of how martial arts (Kung Fu and Tai Chi as examples) movements are incorporated into soft Qigong movements to enhance Qigong effects. Learn the secret of how quick and linear movements can stimulate Qi to permeate to the body surface, and how soft and gentle movements can stimulate Qi to run deep to nourish internal organs.

This Qigong is used to:
Build physical strength and stamina
Brighten and sharpen eyesight and hearing
Strengthen the governing vessel
Enhance Martial Arts Practice

This almost secret Qigong practice breaks from tradition making Wild Goose Qigong 9 available for the first time.

Chest opening aromatic Qigong, is an advanced Qigong in the Wild Goose system. Practicing This Qigong allows you to open up all your meridians, to mix your own Qi with the energy of the heavens and Earth (hun yun Qi), and to start making the coveted inner elixir.

If you are studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Medical Tai Chi or Yoga, you will want to learn this Qigong.

In order to achieve these goals, it is important to fully understand the underlying specific techniques included in Wild Goose-9:

Locate and open up the 6 Qi passages in the body. These passages are connected to the chest center, left chest, right chest, upper back, lower dan- tian, and Gate of Life.
Using fragrance as a catalyst to help open up the chest area and Qi passages. (Remember that fragrance can stimulate the para-sympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system).
Using walking the circle in Bagua steps to regulate the Qi to go up, from the feet to the crown.
Using specific movements-breathing-awareness coordination to gather medicine from the earth.

Practicing this Qigong also has the benefit of immensely increasing sensitivity to Qi, thus improving ones ability to absorb the fresh energy from outside and get rid of dirty Qi.
