Franck Dux - My System for Self-Defence

MP43 | English | 484x288 | AVI | 12.5 fps 407 kbps | MP3 23 kbps | 243 MB

The legendary martial artist of our time, Frank Dukes ... Who among us has not seen "Bloodsport" with Van Damme? I think, seen it all. So Frank Dukes - a real prototype of the hero of the film: a man who was educated at the last speaker of clan traditions Tanaka, ha Koga Ryu Ninjutsu, Marine, recruited by the CIA for a long time and carrying out various covert assignments in different countries (even, in his words, in Afghanistan, under the guise of a Soviet officer), author of the biographical book "Man-secret" (Secret-man) ... His career is so fantastic that it, frankly, hard to believe. However, the fact that he can really show - this is truly an impressive performance in the field of martial arts, supported by several reputable and respected organizations and martial arts magazines (World Records according to MA Org. Alliance, Imperial, USA Martial Art Hall of Fame, Bushido Magazine, Action Martial Art Magazine). I think the comment.

This is the only educational film by Frank Dukes today.

In the film, Frank Dukes shows adapted for self-protection system applied on the basis of martial arts combat technique, studied them with his teacher, Mr Tanaka. Represented the fall and flip-flops, position, hitting, defense, and various combinations of applications. Also given to work with some materials at hand and arms. Some things are quite standard - for example, hit fifth hand. But ... when you consider that Frank Dukes by a punch breaks in such a bulletproof glass (!), and the downward stroke - pieces carries a bottle of whiskey a blow to the neck from the top (!) (with a large concourse of people demonstrated at the Festival of BI in Bercy, France, in the hand roller ) - that some things start to look a bit different ...
