The most detailed documentation of a Chinese Kung Fu system ever, the Yin Style Ba Gua Martial Series provides instruction in all aspects of this fighting and health system. In all, there are eight animals. Four are now fully documented: Dragon, Phoenix , Bear, and Lion. Each animal has 10 DVDs and each DVD is over 2 hours long.
It is perfectly acceptable to specialize in just one of the eight striking methods of a single animal. We suggest that customers purchase DVDs 1-4 from any single animal to start. That's a good way to gauge your interest in the system and practice a small but self-sufficient part of it.
