Description: SNAKE FIST is legendary throughout the martial arts as one of the most powerful and deceptive fighting styles. One of the most famous methods of Snake Fist comes from a mystic martial mountain in China called Emei, the training grounds for many of Chinas greatest warriors. Emei Snake Fist is known for its lithe body movements and its wicked strikes. When attacking, Snake Fist strikes like a cobra spitting venom, and then recoils as if jolted by lightning.
In this DVD, Helen Liang will reveal the complete set of the Snake Fist of Emei Mountain. She will break down the set into simple lessons, shot from multiple angles to show all of the nuances of this sophisticated set. In addition to the set, Ms. Liang discloses the hidden fighting applications behind the movements.
Helen Liang is the daughter of Grandmaster Liang Shouyu, recognized as the main successor of Emei Snake Fist. She began her training at age 4. She has captured numerous gold medals in China and her performance of Snake Fist won great praise at the 1994 International Martial Arts Festiwal in Shanghai.
